But time and again I see Businesses completely neglect their main source of wealth. In fact many Business owners do not even recognise that their customers are important!
In todays society, people like to do business with people they know and trust -
FACT! So, people who have already used your services or bought your products both know and trust you. After all, they would not have given you their hard earned cash if they did not!

Most Businesses plough hard earned cash, time and resource into acquiring NEW customers month after month without focussing on the untapped goldmine they already have.
Many Business owners do not know what an autoresponder is - do you?
If not, it is a software system that you run through an enquiry form when you ask people for their email details. An autoresponder costs relatively little compared with the additional revenues that they can create.
How, do you use one I hear you ask?
Well, you get people to either sign up to a newsletter or maybe give away a free report or information leaflet online in exchange for their email details. These details then are kept in the software system. Over time you can then send your subscriber base messages about latest offers or whatever you like just by writing one email and popping it into the autoresponder. Whats more you can even get your subscribers to tell you what they want by way of surveys etc. The possibilities are endless!
